• Participation is at my own risk: I understand that I and/or my child(ren) are voluntarily participating in Events on private and/or public property, that participation in these Events may involve outdoor labor, and certain hazards and dangers may exist and occur while participating in the Event. I further understand and agree that that my and/or my child(ren)’s presence on such property and use of equipment made available by 100Pumpkins.org, the Property Owner, and/or their agents and affiliates is entirely at my own risk.
• I release liability (I hold everyone harmless): In consideration of my and/or my child(ren)’s participation in the event, I hereby release 100Pumpkins.org, the property owner, and their agents separately and collectively, from any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, damages, and liabilities, whether currently known or unknown, which are or may be in anyway connected with the event.
• Applicability of Liability Release (do these terms apply to me?) I understand that in some jurisdictions the limitations of liability set forth in this liability release may not apply to me. If any provision of this liability release is held to be contrary to California law, I agree that such provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by the law, and if no feasible interpretation will save such provision, it shall be deleted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• I have read this Agreement: I agree that my voluntary signature below indicates that I have read and understand these terms and the consequences of the releases and I am fully aware of the legal and binding effect of my signature. I am signing below without any duress or undue influence on the part or behalf of any other party, with the full intent of releasing all claims against 100Pumpkins.org, the Property Owner and their agents and affiliates.
• It’s okay to take and use my picture: I grant 100Pumpkins.org permission to copyright and use my voice and likeness of me in any manner of form for any lawful purpose at any time. I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product.

This agreement will remain in force for all 100Pumpkins.org activities until revoked or replaced by either 100Pumpkins.org or the signer.
